How to place an order:
Making a purchase is simple. Just browse in the shop and add any items that you wish to buy to your basket, changing the number of items as required. After you have finished your selections, go to the "Checkout" section. You will then be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Customers who have used littlelambwool.co.uk before should login using their username and password before commencing shopping
Items added to your basket will remain in your basket until they either go through to be paid for or until they are removed from your basket. Placing items in your basket does not mean that they are reserved and cannot be bought by other customers. Items are sold on a first come first served basis following a complete transaction.
All the information on littlelambwool is accurate to the best of our knowledge. We will correct any errors as soon as they are brought to our attention. We provide colour names and descriptions to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. We try as hard as possible to ensure colour representation on littlelambwool.co.uk is as accurate as possible, but due to different monitor set ups, the colour that you see may not match exactly the actual colour of the yarn. Likewise we cannot be responsible for how a yarn knits or crochets up. Everyone knits or crochets differently and we always advise knitting a tension square and adjusting needle or hook size accordingly. This is especially significant if you are substituting yarn away from the recommended yarn used in the writing of the pattern. The tension description given on the website for each yarn is that that has been given by the manufacturer and we cannot be responsible if you find that you are unable to achieve this tension. If a product you have ordered is not as described, you may return goods to us in a complete and resaleable condition for a refund (please see Returns and Cancellations.)
Payment may be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) ,debit card (Visa Debit, Maestro.), American Express or via PayPal. The payment is processed by Sage Pay from your account at the time of the transaction. We do not have the facilities to delay the transaction should any of your order be out of stock. Regrettably due to an increase in bank charges we are no longer able to accept cheques as a form of payment.
Your order is accepted once payment is received. You will receive a confirmation of your order by email.
