We hope that our website doesn't lead to a lot of frequently asked questions but we've added a few of the obvious questions that we think you will need to know the answers to.

1. Can I keep track of my order?

   We will send you an email to acknowledge that your order has been received and you'll receive a further email when your order has been dispatched.

   So that we can keep our postage costs to a minimum we send orders via Royal Mail 1st Class which is an untracked service.

2. Can you post to a different address than billing?

   Yes - on checkout, you will have the opportunity to tell us where you want your order delivered to.

   Yes - we'll deliver anywhere in the world.

4. How long will my delivery take?

   We aim to fulfill orders within 2 working days of a fully paid order being made, subject to stock availability. For the occasions where we aren't able to immediately fulfill an order we will contact you via the email address you provide with details and an estimated delivery time.

   We dispatch orders via Royal Mail 1st class post.

   We can not accept responsibility for any delays caused by Royal Mail as these are out of our control.

5. How much do you charge for delivery

   UK delivery is charged at £2.45 with free UK Delivery on orders over £30, overseas orders are charged at £5.00 to the EU and £10.00 to the rest of the world.

6. How much do you charge for postage outside the UK

   As a guide, postage to the EU will be based on £5.00 postage and packaging and £10.00 for the rest of the world. Please note that maximum weight for standard Airmail is 2kg. If your total order weighs more than this we will contact you to make make further arrangements with regards cost of sending the package. If you wish to place an order with us that you believe could be over 2kg please contact us before placing your order.

7. What payment method can I use?

   You can pay with any leading debit or credit card via our payment gateway Sage Pay, a leading fully secure encrypted system.

   However sage pay is unable to accept electron debit cards and american express cards.

   We also accept PayPal.

   We regularly publish discount codes on our email newsletter, our twitter account and our facebook fan page.
